What the Sales Staff role looks like.
This is a part-time, remote, commission-only role designed to give you hands-on sales experience, a track record of booked calls, and the skills to transition into full closing roles.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Outbound outreach via cold calls, DMs and email to targeted lead lists.
- Qualifying interest, handling basic objections and booking appointments.
- Maintaining accurate notes in simple CRM workflows and trackers.
- Meeting agreed daily / weekly KPIs on activity, show-up rates and opportunities created.
- Collaborating with closers and founders to refine angles and messaging.
What we look for
- Previous exposure to sales, customer service or client-facing work is helpful.
- Strong communication, active listening and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working independently while following clear targets.
- Basic familiarity with data entry and CRM-style tools.
- Reliable organisation, punctuality and time management.
